In Mississippi, the
Mississippi Product Liability Act sets forth the law with regard to Product Liability claims. Under the act, a product may be dangerous for a number of reasons: defective design, defective manufacture, or a failure to warn. The Act also imposes other burdens on proof on the injured person in a products liability case. Again, these are additional reasons why you will require an attorney experienced in products liability litigation.
